The COVID Pivot: Dealing with a pandemic behind and beyond our prison walls

COVID 19 continues to challenge us all as we walk through life. However, the impact has been profound for men and women behind our prison walls, and for those educators, staff, and administrators in our correctional and reentry settings. Please join us as we focus on the impact that COVID19 has had in our correctional and reentry world and dive into ways that we have successfully pivoted to meet the needs of our students, staff, staff, and correctional and reentry partners. In this discussion, will identify and consider how we can pivot in our work life, and personally, to continue to do great work in the correctional and reentry field and explore how we can better serve our adult learners giving them the educational tools they need to be successful when they return home.
