As you may know, this fall the Adult Numeracy Network ran community series called Math for Identity & Belonging: Measuring a Meaningful Place.
I wanted to let you all know that we are running a second Math for Identity & Belonging series this winter, starting on February 2nd!
This one is called Math for Identity & Belonging: Representing Data Creatively.
Similar to the Math for Identity & Belonging series in the fall, we'll be working on a project for our own learning and then reflecting on how to bring the activity to students. In this one, we will track data from our own lives and find a creative way to represent it and share it with the group.
