Halloween and the rare "blue moon"

Hello all,

Happy Halloween!  Did you know that tonight will be a "blue moon"?  Blue moons are rare and only occur on average every 2.5 years.  The last one we saw was March 2018.  The blue moon on Halloween is fun and interesting and a great way to talk about space, the moon, and life on Earth.  Here are some cool links to help you discuss this in your class.
