Summer reading lists are often a way to encourage students to stay connected to your program and maintain the gains earned through their I invite you to check out the recommendations for the best STEM books for K-12. Perhaps you can collaborate with your local library to build a STEM book display and encourage your students to use the local library. Perhaps some of these books can be added to your classroom library.
I'd love to hear how you could use these books in your classroom? What books would you add to the list?
Sincerely,
Kathy Tracey

I love this, Kathy! My school did this very thing last year - our local library invited us over to view the Hidden Figures movie and distributed copies of the Hidden Figures Young Readers Edition book to all the learners! The learners loved it and it was a fabulous collaboration with the library. The movie and book are also both excellent for those who haven't had the chance to check them out!
