Join our Coffee Break this month: Gamifying Science Instruction.
Research shows that playing games increases motivation by helping students relax, open up, and get out of their heads while learning. Now is a good time to try it in your science class! We will discuss and provide examples of how gamifying science instruction allows students to develop problem-solving skills within the context of games, recognize the value of extended practice, and develop personal qualities such as persistence, creativity, and resilience.
