MTMU Toolkit: A Collection of Place-Based Solutions for Future Adult Career Pathways Models

The toolkit highlights the innovations of the 10 teams who participated in the MTMU Adult Career Pathways Design Challenge and discusses three essential principles for their success—Being AdaptableRemoving Barriers, and Maximizing Potential.

The toolkit also discusses policy opportunities and tangible next steps to create or iterate on current adult career pathways models that close gaps and create greater mobility for low-income adults, especially in a climate of growing unemployment, deeper socioeconomic divides, and changing technology.

To learn more, download the toolkit on today and sign up for an engaging webinar on Friday, October 2nd at 2pm EST where you’ll hear directly from the teams and project partners.

I hope members will access this new resource and use this space to comment, ask questions, and reflect on how these lessons can be applied to our field.
