Great question, Kathy. I look forward to the seeing some responses. I know some career navigators are using Google Classroom and Wakelet apps to help individuals do career exploration and planning. However, when it comes to the equity piece, I think some programs are struggling to find support and training to help career navigators and other staff progress in this area.
