Recently, NPR featured a podcast, “What will it take to diversify manufacturing”. The focus of the podcasts was a report from the Centruy Foundation which highlights the manufacturing sector will need 2 million new works over the next decade. However, manufacturers are struggling with recruiting younger individuals and students of color.
