ODC webinar on “Addressing Health Disparities: What Health Practitioners and Adult Educators Can Do Together”: August 4th

Effective adult education programs try to respond to the learning needs of their students.  Especially now, many adult learners are struggling to maintain their own health and that of their family members and others they interact with.

You are invited to an Open Door Collective webinar on “Addressing Health Disparities: What Health Practitioners and Adult Educators Can Do Together.”  It will draw on ODC health-related publications, and ODC presenters Marcia Hohn, Greg Smith, Paul Jurmo and David Rosen will discuss why and how health educators, healthcare providers, and other supporters of community health can collaborate in various ways with adult basic skills  programs — especially now in the time of COVID-19.  The webinar will be held on August 4th, 2020 at 2:00 pm Eastern Time.
