Processes for Changing/ Creating Admissions Requirements

Hi everyone,

I'm interested in the different ways institutions handle updating admissions requirements for their programs, particularly in CTE- but I'm also interested  in the process in general. What has worked at your school or program? How do you check that the requirements are academically sufficient and equitable? If an issue comes up, what sources of information do you turn to? (I'm having some trouble finding much available research on this question....)
