Federico Salas-Isnardi, the Director of the Mayor's Office for Adult Literacy, will discuss how the Blueprint addresses intersecting concerns such as systemic inequities, low functional literacy, the demand for digital literacy and digital equity, and the need for new leadership models and health and financial education.
