U.S. Department of Education Seeking Peer Reviewers for Grant Proposals

The U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services (OSERS), Rehabilitation Services Administration, Training and Service Programs Division is seeking qualified peer reviewers for our possible upcoming grant competitions in the areas of Rehabilitation Long-Term Training, Short-Term Training, Demonstration and Training Programs, Innovative Rehabilitation Training, Braille Training, Parent Training and Information, American Indian Vocational Rehabilitation Services, Vocational Rehabilitation Technical Assistance Centers, and Capacity Building, which will take place between March 2019 and September 2020.

In order to qualify as a peer reviewer, you must: (1) Have related experience in the field; (2) Have an active DUNS number from Dun and Bradstreet (www.dnb.com); (3) Register your DUNS number with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov; (4) Submit the attached OPR Data Form and a copy of your resume to OSERSPRS@ed.gov and RSAPeerReview@ed.gov; (5) Be comfortable using email and a computer to enter scores and justifications; and (6) Be able to objectively review up to 12 proposals within a short timeframe and prepare detailed justifications to support the scores. Please note that all selected peer reviewers must be available on the dates provided for the peer review panels.
