Hello colleagues, As I continue to teach remotely, I am interested, as I know many of you are, in learning what makes for effective online instruction. Youki Terada has summarized the research and offers the following tips.

- Keep your online class organized
- Chunk lessons into small, digestible pieces
- Solicit learner feedback regularly
- Annotate to scaffold learning
- Administer low-stakes quizzes frequently
- Connect with learners to address isolation
