Today is National Teacher Appreciation Day, part of Teacher Appreciation Week. We are very grateful for each and every teacher in the field of adult education. The ultimate goal of the LINCS Community is to provide teachers and other staff with resources and support in providing high-quality learning experiences to adult students.
In honor of Teacher Appreciation Day, we encourage you to complete your member profile so we can learn a little more about each other and the types of job roles and organizations represented in our community. The Work Information section of the personal profile is brand new and allows you to identify your job title, role, organization, and organizational affiliation. To complete your profile, sign into the community and visit the My LINCS tab. On the next page, visit the Profile tab or select View/Edit My Profile underneath your picture. Be sure to upload your picture as well; it is nice for all of us to see a smiling face next to posts and comments! For detailed instructions, visit the step-by-step help guide.
