The Mathematical Mindsets virtual book study group starts today. Dr. Jo Boaler’s book provides practical strategies and activities to help teachers show all learners that they can enjoy and succeed in math. The study group, a micro group in Math and Numeracy, will occur over five weeks, from April 17 – May 19. Amy Vickers, a LINCS Trainer and a numeracy instructor and subject matter expert, will lead the book study. Interested participants can obtain the book now and review the discussion questions that will be covered.
