TEAL Differentiated Instruction Course | June 10-July 1

There is still time to join the writing or math Differentiated Instruction course.

Differentiated instruction is an approach that enables instructors to plan strategically to meet the needs of every learner. The approach encompasses planning and delivery of instruction, classroom management techniques, and expectations of learners’ performance that take into consideration the diversity and varied levels of readiness, interests, and learning profiles of learners.

Each course lasts three weeks, is entirely online, and facilitated by a highly experienced LINCS Trainer. There are two cohorts for each course—one in math, and one in writing. Learn more about the courses through the links below. Users should expect to spend two hours per week engaging with the course.

Course participants will be able to explain how to apply differentiated instruction in the adult education classroom and plan to incorporate differentiated instruction strategies into their own teaching.
