There’s Still Time: Evidence-Based Professional Development Webinar (Monday!)

On Monday, August 25 we begin an exploration into designing professional development programs with student outcomes in mind. This is a reminder that the State Professional Development in a New Era webinar will take place promptly at 3:30 p.m. EDT. If you have not done so already, there is still time to register for this important discussion.

EBPD group moderator Jackie Taylor and subject matter experts Rebecca Wagner (PA), Cathy Shank (WV), and Beverly Wilson (AZ) will present their state models for designing sustained, intensive, systemic staff development programs.

After the event, please join us in the ongoing discussion thread to continue the conversation with webinar presenters and special guest Bootsie Barbour, State Lead Consultant, Pennsylvania Department of Education, Bureau of Postsecondary and Adult Education.

From August 25th – 29th, we will discuss today’s trends in professional development, effective strategies for implementation, evidence-based evaluation, and the outlook for the future.

This is sure to be a discussion you will not want to miss!

Regards,

The LINCS Community Team
