The IET Guide was developed by Building Opportunities through Integrated English Literacy and Civics Education, a U.S. Department of Education initiative that helps states assess their IET programming implementation outlined in the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). State staff from Pennsylvania will share how they applied this tool to the benefit of their professional development system.
