As the LINCS Community looks toward the future, we hope to continue to grow into the number one place where adult educators come to collaborate, share, network, and seek advice from their peers nationwide. To continue to foster an environment where all members feel comfortable sharing their ideas, strategies, resources, and encouragement, LINCS recently held an open application process to find individuals who exhibit professional expertise in online moderation and facilitation.
In the coming days, you may see a transition in your discussion group(s) as these new faces begin to emerge and engage in the community. Some of these individuals have been a part of our community leadership for some time, and are well-established thought leaders in adult education. Others come to us from the field and will bring with them a fresh perspective on the issues we face as we strive to improve educational and employment outcomes for all adult learners in the U.S.
We hope you will welcome our new team members as they begin to introduce themselves in your groups! They are excited to dive in and help generate exciting new conversations and professional development events.
