OCTAE Seeks Innovation and Improvement Team Leader

OCTAE is seeking qualified candidates to serve as team leader for the Innovation and Improvement Team within the Division of Adult Education and Literacy. In addition to other duties listed in the notice hyperlink below, the team leader is responsible for overseeing the planning, policy development, implementation and communication of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Section 242, National Leadership Activities in order to improve adult education and spur innovation in the field of adult education and literacy. The team leader provides expertise in adult education and literacy for other offices within the Department, across federal agencies, and the public. The team leader also supervises professional staff which administers grants and contracts.
