Tech Tips for Teachers article on the new Evaluating Online Tools and Resources Micro Group

Colleagues,

You may be interested in learning about the new Evaluating Online Tools and Resources Micro Group. Ed Latham, a member of the World Education Educational Technology Center, has written an article for the Tech Tips for Teachers blog that describes the new Micro Group. You can join the Micro Group at https://community.lincs.ed.gov/group/2017-online-tools-resource-evaluation-micro-group . Several teachers have already joined, but there is plenty of room for others, including, ESL/ESOL, basic literacy, ABE, ASE, science, math/numeracy, and transition teachers, among others.

State and program level adult education administrators and professional developers: please consider adding a link to the blog article in an email for teachers or volunteer tutors in your program, or in your state online newsletter. As you may know, the MIcro Group, and many other LINCS online resources, are available to adult basic skills practitioners regardless of whether their programs are supported by public funds.
