The University of New Hampshire (UNH) is looking for volunteers to take part in a study to evaluate whether job crafting strategies can effectively assist people with disabilities adapt to their work tasks and improve job retention. Over six weeks, participants from anywhere in the country would virtually complete interviews, job crafting exercises and online surveys. You may be eligible to participate if you:
- Are 18-64 years of age;
- Experience a physical or health condition that limits your work performance;
- Are currently working or returning to work;
- Have approximately 1 year of work experience; and,
- Are NOT participating in an workers’ compensation program.
Your participation would involve completing two interviews and weekly job crafting exercises and online surveys for six weeks. Participation can occur remotely – you do not need to live in New Hampshire. In appreciation for their time, participants will receive up to $100.
