I am so glad TESOL is finally recognizing adult education for second language learners. IT's been a long time coming. I haven't checked the cost... hope it isn't prohibitive for those of us who are volunteers or "merely" poorly paid. Abbie Tom
There are considerable discounts for early and group registration. Maybe that would work.
