At the recent Delaware Adult Education Winter Academy I had the privilege of presenting the Employablilty Skills Framework LINCS presentation to 20 professionals from across the state. We worked through numerous resources and activities and at the end of the session found ourselves wishing for more time to take even a deeper dive into integration of employability skills. While an essential for adult education, I'm wondering how folks are using the Framework in their daily lesson planning and who and how are they being integrated into IET.

Thanks for asking about the Employability Skills Framework (ESF) in lesson planning, KayLynn. I wonder if you would be able to share some of what your 20 colleagues in Delaware discussed as ideas for integrating ESF into their lessons? There are so many ways that it can be connected. It would be great to hear about what is either already working, or was suggested for connecting ESF and IET.
