Question for ESOL/ESL Programs about Enrollment and Waiting Lists for Classes

Colleagues,

For some time there have been waiting lists, sometimes long ones, to get into adult ESOL/ESL classes in many (most?) states. In my own state there are often long waiting lists at certain times of the year.  What is the situation at your adult ESOL/ESL program? Does your program have a waiting list? Is it longer or shorter than it has been in recent years? If it has changed recently, what do you think the cause has been?
