The Adult Literacy and Education (ALE) Research and Practice Wiki offers a numbers of resources on different aspects of adult education. Among the topics and of interest to this CoP is "Reading." I have also just started a new section, called "Diversity Issues in Adult Education," which might also be of interest to you.
