I'd live to invite you to explore a Reentry Education Tool-Kit. The goal of this resource is to provide education providers with tools and strategies to connect students to community services. The resource is organized in five components: Program Infrastructure, Strategic Partnerships, Education Services, Transition Processes, and Sustainability.
As you review this resource, I'd love to hear your practices. How are you preparing adult learners for reentry? What do you find as the most important resource needed? And what is the most frequently requested resource individuals need to begin their reentry process successfully.
