In my work I come across many institutional agents from several institutional types, including Minority Serving Institutions (2 and 4 year). In my experience, as it relates to MSI designation, there are some institutions where that designation is core to the institutional identity and mission and there are some institutions where some institutional agents may not be aware of the MSI designation at all. Within your institutions, is the MSI designation core to the institutional identity?
