Over the past couple of years, teachers have had to learn how to effectively teach online on a dime! Participants will learn about an effective model for training adult basic education instructors to teach online. The presenters, Kristi Reyes and Erica Duran from Mira Costa Community College in Oceanside, CA, will share their lessons learned and the modifications they made to adjust and improve their training. Many practical tips will be shared.
