What Tech Tools are You Using for Onboarding New Staff?

Onboarding can be very difficult when we hire new Adult Education staff, especially when that staff may be new to the Adult Education industry. With so many professional development, human resource, and new log in information to process, it can be a bit confusing to the new hires. This is always a great opportunity for us to utilize technology to help improve that process for the better.

In the past, I used Wakelets to help new staff get started. Here is an example of one I used to use for a program I worked for. In my new role as the Manager of a Distance Education Call Center, I needed something different: I needed something that would allow me to include more information without feeling overwhelming. So, this time, I utilized One Note to organize and help staff members understand their daily assignments and I used my new favorite tool, Book Creator to store all of the content! (Happy to share these for anyone who might be interested)
