Free Teaching Materials for Talking about Race from the Change Agent

Hi Everyone,

The Change Agent, An Adult Education Magazine for Social Justice, has free materials available for having class discussions about race.  Here is some more information from editor Cynthia Peters:

"The Change Agent has a breadth and depth of materials that will allow you to raise this important topic in various ways. You can find a lot of them HERE in this multi-level free lesson packet, 'Facing Racism,' including a piece that explores the role of race in voter suppression (available in grade level equivalents 6 and 10). Also available for free is our lesson packet on Juneteenth (celebrating when enslaved people were finally freed in Texas), you can find HERE available at grade level equivalents 4, 7, and 10."

I hope you will find these articles useful in having these very important discussions.
