The Departments of Labor (DOL), Education (ED), Health and Human Services (HHS), Agriculture (USDA), and Housing and Urban Development (HUD) (Departments) have released WIOA guidance via TEGL 14-15. The guidance provides an overview of the priorities in relation to the WIOA planning requirements, explains planning requirements, and instructs states on submission procedures.
The five Departments have also announced the opening of the portal for states to post their unified or combined WIOA Plan, along with a series of short training modules on how to use the portal, the benefits of online submission, and a description of the federal review process.
