I wanted to share our August highlights. I hope you enjoyed the resources shared and chime in on any of these conversations.
First, we had a user reach out to our community requesting information on a curriculum for Spanish speakers for Adult Basic Education or Heritage Speakers. If you have any resources to share, please respond to her request.
We also had resources shared from the National Reentry Resource Center on creating collaborative and comprehensive case plans for adults with behavioral needs in the corrections environment. Did you have a chance to look at this one? What did you think?
We also explored Unlocking Potential: Pathways from Prison to Postsecondary Education with examples from multiple states who included higher education into their states’ prisons. Do you have any examples to add to this discussion? How are you bridging education so students can move from ABE/ASE to Postsecondary education in prison?
